Oussama Moustabchir is the General Manager of Graphite, Singulier’s Data Transformation Unit, where he helps private equity funds and their portfolio companies build scalable data infrastructure, improve decision-making, and unlock new revenue opportunities. He leads a team of Data Engineers and Product Owners to develop cloud-based data platforms, self-service analytics, and AI-powered insights, ensuring portfolio companies can turn data into a competitive advantage.

With over 14 years of experience, Oussama was previously Strategy Director at Oracle, shaping cloud and data SaaS strategies across EMEA. Before that, he worked at Kearney and BCG, leading large-scale data transformations, business model optimisation, and operational improvements. At Singulier, he focuses on making data actionable and accessible, helping investors and executives integrate cost-effective, scalable data solutions that drive performance and long-term value creation.
