The engagement drew on Singulier’s deep expertise in strategic due diligence for professional services and marketing agencies, with particular focus on how data, technology and AI are reshaping value creation in media and content industries. 

On December 17th, independent media agency Groupe Values (Values.Media, Line-up media, Novad) announced that CAPZA, a private equity firm specializing in SMEs and mid-sized companies, had acquired a minority stake alongside employee shareholders. 

CAPZA invested in Groupe Values with the company’s management and employees, aligning long-term interests across the agency’s leadership, wider team and financial partner. Groupe Values specialises in providing targeted reach and engagement of audiences at high performance by applying data science methods to content distribution across digital and traditional media channels, partnering with leading media and data suppliers like Netflix, JC Decaux and YouGov to deliver their services. 

The transaction reflects sustained investor interest in differentiated media and marketing services platforms with propositions aligned to technological and societal trends. 

CAPZA is a leading European private investment platform partnering with management teams to support growth and transformation across equity and private debt strategies. The firm backs ambitious mid-market companies in technology, services and digital, providing flexible capital and active support. 

Groupe Values specializes in multi-media content and distribution strategies, helping advertisers apply data-driven media solutions to deliver optimum performance. It is recognised as a pioneer in social responsibility and a mission-led agency, reflected in the brands that choose to work with them. The group, including Values.media, Line-up media and Novad, generated €22.4M in revenue with 75 employees in 2024, increasing both revenue and headcount six-fold over eight years.  

Singulier conducted strategic due diligence of Values.Media for CAPZA. Drawing on extensive professional services and marketing services experience, the team assessed its positioning, growth levers and resilience within a rapidly evolving media and content ecosystem, emphasising AI-enabled opportunities to enhance services, insights and media performance for clients.
