He specialises in process optimisation, digital strategy, and AI-led efficiency improvements, helping funds to unlock operational scalability and margin expansion across industrial and technology-driven sectors.

Before joining Singulier, Kitson led European market entry and growth for Soroco, a US-based technology firm, shaping go-to-market strategy and building Sales and Customer Success functions. Previously, he was at McKinsey in London, advising investors and global companies on due diligence, strategic transformation, and digital acceleration across industrial, energy, retail, and B2B sectors.
