Margaux Reboul

Margaux Reboul is Singulier’s Chief People Officer, supporting the firm’s continued growth across Europe with her deep expertise in talent strategy, leadership development, and organisational growth. 

Margaux began her career at BETC and Saguez & Partners, then joined InProcess, leading consulting programmes that bridged human sciences, design and innovation. She later advised leading European firms on organisational transformation and change management at ConvictionsRH, before moving into fintech with Qonto. At Qonto, she worked mainly on people business partnering, talent development and retention strategy and executive hiring. 

At Singulier, she oversees the firm’s global people strategy, with a focus on developing leadership capabilities, scaling learning and development, and nurturing a culture that balances curiosity, precision and accountability. Her appointment underlines Singulier’s conviction that people strategy is a core driver of value creation as the firm continues to scale.
