OMMAX and Singulier Advise PAI Partners on the Tech & AI Due Diligence of Arlettie

We are pleased to announce that OMMAX and Singulier have successfully advised PAI Partners on the Technology and Artificial Intelligence Due Diligence of Arlettie, a leading luxury private sales platform serving more than 220 luxury and premium brands across Europe and North America.

Arlettie has established a unique position within the luxury ecosystem through its highly curated private-sale model, combining physical showrooms in Paris, London, Milan and New York with a sophisticated digital platform that enables brands to manage excess inventory while preserving brand equity and exclusivity. The company has built a differentiated operating model supported by proprietary data, scalable technology, and deep integration into the luxury value chain.

As part of the transaction process, OMMAX and Singulier conducted a joint Technology and AI Due Diligence focused on assessing the scalability and resilience of Arlettie’s technology platform, the maturity of its data and analytics capabilities, cybersecurity posture, technology organization, and the company’s readiness to leverage artificial intelligence as a future growth enabler. The assessment also evaluated the ability of the technology stack to support Arlettie’s international growth plans.
