With over 10 years of experience in digital marketing, technology and AI-driven digital re-organisation, Sam has leveraged his expertise and advised private equity funds on transactions and their portfolio companies, helping them scale efficiently and maximise returns.  

Since joining the Singulier team, Sam has been a key leader in several important areas: 

• He has co-led the business strategy and transaction advisory practice in the last few years, leading complex deals and diligence work across both B2C and B2B spaces.  
• He spearheaded the AI diligence framework, which has allowed Singulier to become a trusted advisory provider on this topic 
• He managed comprehensive transformation projects, advising C-suite executives on digital & marketing strategy, process optimisation, and technology integration.
