Christian Nikodem is a Director in the Consulting practice at Singulier, working with private equity funds and corporates to unlock value through digital strategy, automation, and data-driven transformation.

Christian advises clients across financial services, retail, technology, and healthcare on process redesign, automation, and operating model change, from due diligence through to post-deal value creation.

Before joining Singulier, he worked at Strategy& (PwC) in London and then at SaaS automation scale-up Soroco as one of the first European employees, leading sales and customer success for Fortune 500 clients across Europe.
