Margaux Reboul joins Singulier as Chief People Officer

February 2 2026

Singulier is pleased to welcome Margaux Reboul as Chief People Officer, a key addition to our leadership team as we continue to scale across markets and strengthen our people-led foundations for growth.

With more than a decade of experience spanning consulting, design strategy, and people development in high-growth technology environments, Margaux brings a distinctive blend of strategic rigour and human insight to Singulier’s growing team.

From strategy and transformation to leadership and culture

Margaux began her career at BETC and Saguez & Partners, before joining InProcess, where she led consulting programmes at the intersection of human sciences, design and innovation. At ConvictionsRH, she advised leading European firms on organisational transformation and change management.

In 2021, she joined Qonto, one of Europe’s fastest-growing fintechs, where she led People Experience, Talent Development & Retention and Executive Hiring across multiple countries. There, she built scalable talent frameworks, launched data-driven development programmes, and shaped a culture of learning and collaboration during a period of rapid expansion.

This mix of creative, advisory and operational experience gives Margaux a distinctive view of how organisations evolve and how culture, systems and leadership combine to unlock performance.

People as the foundation of value creation

At Singulier, Margaux will lead the firm’s people strategy, focusing on three dimensions essential to our growth: developing leadership capabilities across teams, scaling learning and development globally, and nurturing a culture that balances curiosity, precision and accountability.

Her appointment reflects Singulier’s conviction that people strategy is not a support function, but a core driver of value creation. As the firm continues to grow its footprint in Europe and beyond, Margaux’s leadership will be central to ensuring that culture scales with ambition.
