Transaction Overview

On 25 November 2025, EMK Capital announced that it had signed a definitive agreement to acquire Project Informatica (WeAreProject), a leading operator in the Italian IT infrastructure and cloud services market. At the time of the November 2025 transaction announcement, the Group employed more than 700 people and generated revenues exceeding €450 million, according to H.I.G. Capital’s press release (2025, H.I.G. Capital). 

EMK’s investment will support the continued integration of the Group’s businesses and accelerate its buy-and-build strategy in the Italian IT services market.
