Improving brand awareness through an e-reputation strategy

Singulier worked with Oscaro, a marketplace for automotive parts, to recover from a customer reputation crisis. We also performed a due diligence and business transformation project alongside Autodis. By leveraging our skills in digital marketing and media, we quantitatively analysed the social media reputation of Oscaro and extracted and synthesised data from customer review websites. This led to the implementation of an action plan to increase Oscaro’s Trustpilot ranking.

By leading a survey to understand the strengths and weaknesses of competitors, we established clear customer segments and assessed the SEO and SEA performance of Oscaro and its competitors, to decrease advertising CPC (Cost per Click).

This project included support from our consulting team, digital marketing and social media expert, SEO expert, UX-CX, Brand & Content expert, and CRM/PRM expert.
