Revamping a luxury resort’s marketing strategy and brand positioning

PGA Catalunya, a Spanish luxury golf and wellness resort, aimed to solidify their position as a desirable luxury getaway destination. Singulier helped them reposition from a golf-centric resort to a broader wellness centre.

We leveraged our strong marketing, media and CRM expertise to overhaul PGA Catalunya’s long-term strategy. In particular, we redefined the resort’s brand positioning through reimagining its identity and advising on IP registration. We also redesigned key experience touchpoints, from digital video awareness campaigns to the menus in the restaurant to deliver the brand positioning and end-to-end experience. We also supported PGA Catalunya through its post-Covid reopening with a short-term marketing strategy which included defining new marketing objectives and KPIs. A key campaign calendar was created in support of this, while cross-channel marketing budgets were reallocated and campaign briefs were delivered to creative and media agencies. Our work covered the full digital value chain including marketing strategy, CRM, acquisition media planning and budgeting, brand identity and naming, digital advertising creative, and experience design and content.
