Interpath has announced that Bridgepoint has entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire a majority stake in the business. Interpath is an international financial advisory firm providing restructuring, turnaround, deals and corporate finance services to corporates, private equity sponsors, lenders and other stakeholders.
