Singulier supported Beyond Capital Partners Fund III and its portfolio company ECD International Holding as commercial due diligence partner on their majority investment in SC Media House, a Munich-based influencer marketing and talent management agency.
This transaction strengthens ECD International’s digital and influencer marketing capabilities in Germany and adds a data‑driven creator platform to Beyond Capital Partners’ portfolio of asset‑light business services.
Transaction Overview
Beyond Capital Partners acquired a majority stake in SC Media House via its portfolio company ECD International Holding GmbH, a multidisciplinary full‑service agency for premium and luxury brands.
SC Media House combines PR, talent management, and influencer marketing, connecting brands with creators through creative, data‑driven campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. The agency operates with an international network of content creators and focuses on measurable campaign outcomes through performance analytics and social‑media strategy.

Singulier’s role:
Singulier supported Beyond Capital Partners and ECD International with commercial due diligence and value‑creation analysis on SC Media House’s platform (SPCR Media GmbH / “Stream”).
Our work spanned three core areas:
- Market & resilience assessment: sizing the influencer‑marketing opportunity, benchmarking historical performance vs. macro and ad‑spend indices, and assessing cyclicality and AI‑driven disruption risks in SC Media House’s core segments.
- Competitive positioning & client view: mapping specialist agencies, talent‑management platforms, and full‑service competitors; benchmarking SC Media House’s offering, pricing, creator network, and perceived differentiation based on expert and client interviews.
- Operating model, tech stack & value‑creation roadmap: reviewing organisation, workflows, and technology to assess scalability and integration readiness with ECD International, and outlining levers for growth, monetisation, and future M&A in the broader experiential marketing platform.
