Singulier is pleased to have conducted a targeted Technology Due Diligence in support of Ufenau Capital Partners’ investment in Express Solicitors, a Top 100 UK law firm specialising in claimant representation for personal injury cases.

The transaction marks Ufenau’s first UK platform investment since opening its London office in 2024 and provides a strong foundation for a Buy-and-Build strategy in the UK’s legal services market.

Transaction Overview

On 6 November 2025, Ufenau Capital Partners announced an investment in Express Solicitors.

Founded in 2000, Express Solicitors employs over 800 professionals across three UK offices, including around 500 qualified solicitors and barristers. The firm offers an integrated service proposition to clients, spanning legal advisory, medical reporting, and after-the-event insurance.

This partnership with Ufenau will enable Express Solicitors to accelerate growth through a targeted Buy-and-Build strategy, leveraging Ufenau’s experience in scaling high-growth service businesses.
