Building high-performing teams across France, Europe and the US
With 15 years of experience across executive search, start-ups, scale-ups and international high-growth environments, Marie Gouze has helped build high-performing Product, Engineering, Data and AI teams across France, Europe and the US.
Her experience ranges from executive search in London to hypergrowth environments such as ManoMano and Swile, as well as strategic Talent Acquisition partnerships with founders, executives and HR leaders. She combines hands-on recruitment expertise with a strong focus on structured assessment, candidate experience and long-term hiring strategy.
A focus on top leadership
At Singulier, Marie will work closely with Partners, HR and business leaders to support the firm’s growth across Business Strategy, Transaction Advisory, Tech, Product & AI, Marketing, Data and Customer Strategy. She will lead senior and executive hiring for business-critical roles across the firm.
Marie will help shape the talent strategy underpinning Singulier’s next phase of growth, raising the bar on how it defines its needs, attracts high-calibre professionals and makes critical hiring decisions. The combination of her strategic perspective with a rigorous and human approach will help build the leadership capability and teams required to strengthen Singulier’s practices and accelerate its development.
Scaling the teams behind Singulier’s growth
Marie will also help improve the candidate experience, support hiring teams in making faster and more consistent decisions, strengthen Singulier’s employer brand and build sustainable talent pipelines in France and internationally.
Her ambition is to help Singulier attract and retain the talent needed to scale its digital transformation, AI and Transaction Advisory capabilities, while building the teams, leadership capability and recruiting foundations required for the firm’s next phase of growth.
