OMMAX and Singulier strengthens leadership with appointment of former McKinsey Europe CFO Marcus Hohmann as Partner, Group CFO and COO
June 1 2026

Munich, June 1, 2026 – OMMAX has appointed Marcus Hohmann as Partner, Group Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. For OMMAX and Singulier, this is a significant moment. As our combined group scales its AI-first consulting model across Munich, Paris, London, Milan, Amsterdam, Hamburg and Berlin, Marcus brings the operational and financial depth to match the ambition.
Marcus joins with over two decades of leadership experience across finance, operations, strategy and large-scale transformation. Most recently CFO for McKinsey & Company in Europe, he led finance and administrative functions across a highly complex, multi-country organisation. Before that, he spent more than 14 years as a client-facing Partner at McKinsey, advising global organisations on strategy, finance transformation, and operational effectiveness.
That combination – rigorous internal leadership of a major international firm, alongside deep client-side transformation experience is rare. It positions Marcus well to drive the next phase of OMMAX and Singulier’s growth.
Toni Stork, CEO and Founding Partner at OMMAX, says: “Marcus combines deep financial and operational expertise with a strong track record in transformation leadership. His experience scaling complex international organisations will be highly valuable as we continue expanding OMMAX’s AI-enabled growth platform and global operations.”
In his role, Marcus will focus on scaling AI-driven operational excellence across the group, strengthening financial strategy and resilience, accelerating AI-enabled transformation in both internal operations and client delivery, and building the high-performance, AI-native teams required to serve an increasingly global client base.
As private equity firms and enterprises place greater weight on AI-driven value creation and intelligent operations, having the right operational infrastructure matters as much as the capability itself. Marcus joins at exactly the right time.
Singulier looks forward to building on the group’s combined capabilities with Marcus at the helm of its operational and financial strategy and to delivering on the broader ambitions that brought OMMAX x Singulier together.
