With over 25 years of global operating experience, Andrew has been at the forefront of driving growth, transformation, and M&A. Having held various senior executive roles, including recently as Group COO in a large global software company, he brings a wealth of expertise in steering complex change, integrating acquisitions, and launching new business units. Andrew’s roots in strategic consulting and his passion for optimising technological, economic, and ESG-driven change position him perfectly to help our global clients navigate complex transformations and capitalise on new opportunities in a fast-evolving market. 

We’re also pleased to announce that Fleur Hicks, Founder of Hicks Global Consulting, has joined Singulier as a Senior Advisor. Fleur brings over two decades of board-level experience, having scaled and exited two consulting firms and advised private equity-backed businesses across B2C, B2B, and regulated sectors. Her expertise in commercial strategy, digital innovation, and growth execution across EMEA, the US, and APAC will further strengthen our capabilities as we scale in the UK market.
